By registering in the app, placing an order, or activating a master profile, you accept the terms of this offer.

The primary (binding) version of this document is in Russian. In case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

Who is who

• Pingy — the platform and operator, “PINGY” LLC.
• Client — an individual ordering services through the platform.
• Master — a self-employed performer (oʻzini oʻzi band qilgan shaxs).
• Commission — Pingy’s fee for intermediation.
• Escrow — holding the payment until completion is confirmed.

Subject

Pingy provides intermediary (IT and agency) services: matching a master, accepting payment, and settlements. Pingy is not the service provider — the service is provided by the master on their own behalf as a self-employed person. Pingy withholds a commission from the order amount; the rest is paid to the master.

Acceptance

The offer is deemed accepted upon registration in the app, placing the first order, or activating a master profile. This means full agreement with the terms.

How an order works

• The client places an order: service, address, date and time.
• The platform calculates the price and offers the order to available masters; the first to accept is assigned.
• The payment is held in escrow.
• The master performs the service; the client confirms completion.
• After confirmation, the payment (less commission) is transferred to the master.

Price and payment

The price is shown to the client before confirmation. Payment is cashless and only through the platform. Paying the master directly in cash is prohibited. This is an essential condition.

Pingy commission

For intermediary services, Pingy withholds a commission from the order amount (the exact amount is stated in the app). The master receives the remainder and pays taxes on their income independently.

Cancellations and refunds

The client may cancel an order. If a master is already assigned and less than 3 hours remain before the service, a cancellation fee may apply. If the failure is the master’s fault, the client is given compensation or a refund.

Quality and disputes

The parties rate each other. Pingy may restrict a master’s access for a low rating or violations. Disputes are reviewed by Pingy based on platform data. A rework/replacement guarantee applies on the terms stated in the app.

Liability and insurance

Pingy is responsible as an intermediary for the platform’s operation and settlements. The master, as an independent performer, is responsible for the quality and safety of the service. Pingy’s liability is limited to the commission for the relevant order, unless otherwise provided by law.

Every confirmed order is automatically covered by the Pingy Protect program for up to 5,000,000 UZS — free for the client, on the terms stated in the app. Insurance claims are submitted from the app.

No bypassing the platform

Clients and masters are prohibited from making deals for services found through the platform while bypassing Pingy. Violation results in a block.

Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of this offer.

Law and disputes

The law of the Republic of Uzbekistan applies. Unresolved disputes are heard by the courts at Pingy’s location. The offer is valid indefinitely until revoked; the current revision is in the app and on this page.
