Delete your account

Version: September 2026. This page explains how to delete a Pingy Tasks account, what happens to your data, and when deletion is temporarily not possible.

Delete in the app

Open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. The account is deleted immediately and can no longer be signed into.

Delete without the app

Write to info@png.uz with the subject “Account deletion” and include the phone number the account is registered with. So that nobody can delete someone else’s account, we will ask you to confirm the number with an SMS code, and then delete the account within 30 days — usually much sooner.

What is deleted

name, e-mail address, profile photo and bio;
phone number — it is replaced with a service record and becomes free for a new registration;
the name and document data received during MyID verification;
verified contact numbers and push notification tokens.

What is kept and why

transaction history — for the period the law sets for accounting records;
tasks, offers, messages and reviews — anonymised, without your name or phone: the other party of a deal and dispute handling still rely on them;
a PINFL hash — a one-way fingerprint from which the document number cannot be recovered. It stops one passport from opening unlimited accounts.

When deletion has to wait

Deletion is postponed while the account still holds money or obligations to other people:

there is a balance — withdraw it to your card first;
there are tasks in progress — complete or cancel them;
there are unfinished money operations — wait until they complete.
