Platform Rules
Revision: September 2026
This page explains in plain language how Pingy Tasks works, what is allowed and what is not, and what to do if something goes wrong. The legally binding document is the Public Offer; these Rules are an integral part of it and explain it. If the two differ, the offer applies.
The binding version of this document is the Russian one. If the two differ, the Russian version prevails.
What Pingy Tasks is
It is a marketplace where a client posts a task and taskers name their own price for it. The client decides who to give the work to. There is no automatic assignment.
Pingy does not carry out tasks and is not the tasker's employer. The agreement is made between the client and the tasker; Pingy provides the marketplace, the payments and the handling of disputes.
The marketplace works in the mobile app and on the tasks.png.uz website, where clients have a personal account area; the account is the same in both.
Who can use it
- people aged 18 or over with legal capacity; legal entities through a representative;
- you sign in with a phone number confirmed by a one-time code; there is no password;
- one person, one account;
- to post a task or place a bid, you have to pass identity verification.
How the money moves
The task amount is held on the client's bank card the moment the task is published. The money stays on their card: it is captured only after the work has been accepted. There is no need to put money into an account in advance.
A tasker bids knowing that the money for the task is already covered. Once the client accepts the work, the amount is captured, the commission is withheld and the remainder is credited to the tasker. Earnings are paid out to a bank card linked to the same account, after identity verification.
If the client neither confirms nor disputes submitted work within three days, the task closes by itself and the payment goes to the tasker.
What is not allowed
You may not post or take on tasks that:
- break the law or other people's rights;
- involve weapons, drugs, alcohol or tobacco without a permit;
- are intimate in nature;
- require a licence the tasker does not have — medical, legal, financial;
- involve gambling, debt collection or following people;
- involve deception or causing harm.
Users may not:
- pretend to be someone else;
- keep several accounts, including after being blocked;
- inflate reviews and ratings;
- insult, discriminate or post adult material;
- send out advertising or collect other users' contact details;
- arrange payment outside the platform for tasks found here.
That last one is not a formality: if you settle up outside the platform, there is no hold on the money and no dispute procedure. In that situation there is nothing we can do to help.
Contact details and address
Until a bid is accepted, other users only see the approximate area of the task — about 500 metres. The exact address and phone number are opened up to the tasker once the client has chosen them.
Exchanging contact details in chat before a bid is accepted is limited by the platform. Contact details you receive may only be used to carry out the task.
Cancellations
- before a bid is accepted, the client can take a task down at any moment and no money is captured;
- after it is accepted — by agreement between the parties: one side asks to cancel, the other confirms, and the hold is released;
- if the other side stays silent for a day, the matter goes to a dispute;
- a tasker can withdraw before submitting the work — the money goes back to the client, and the withdrawal shows in their statistics.
If something goes wrong
Open a dispute on the task. From that moment the held amount is out of reach of both sides until a decision is made. We settle a dispute on what the system holds: the chat, the photos, the marks for starting and submitting the work, and the history of statuses. It takes up to 10 working days.
There are three possible decisions: return the money to the client, pay the tasker, or split the amount. Both sides are notified.
You can report a person or a task — the button is in the profile and on the task card. Reports are handled by a moderator.
Safety
- agree everything and write in the app or in the personal account area on the tasks.png.uz website: only that correspondence counts when a dispute is settled;
- do not send money outside the platform, even if you are asked to;
- check the profile: the rating, the reviews and the mark showing that identity verification has been passed;
- never give anyone the code from the SMS — Pingy staff never ask for it.
Breaches
Breaking these Rules can lead to restricted access and a blocked account. If an account is blocked, the earned balance is paid out less any outstanding obligations to the other party and to the platform.
Getting in touch
The support section in the app or in the personal account area on the tasks.png.uz website, or an email to info@png.uz. Claims are considered within 15 working days.
