Fees and payouts
Revision: October 2026
In plain words and exact numbers: what the platform costs, when money is charged and how earnings arrive. The legally binding document is the Public Offer; this page explains it and adds no new terms. If they differ, the offer applies.
What the client pays
Exactly the amount agreed with the tasker. The platform charges the client nothing on top of the task price — not for posting, not for choosing a tasker, not for paying by card.
The smallest task is 20,000 UZS.
What the tasker pays
The fee depends on whether this client is working with this tasker for the first time. It is withheld from the payout: the client pays the task price, the tasker receives that price minus the fee.
- a new client's first task — 10% of the task amount, never below 2,000 UZS;
- every further task from the same client with this tasker or their company — 3%, with no floor;
- in any case the fee never exceeds half the task.
- a first task of 100,000 UZS — 10,000 fee, 90,000 to the tasker;
- a repeat task of 100,000 UZS — 3,000 fee, 97,000 to the tasker;
- a first task of 20,000 UZS — 2,000 fee (the floor applies), 18,000 to the tasker;
- a repeat task of 20,000 UZS — 600 fee, 19,400 to the tasker.
A task counts as a repeat when the client already has a completed task with this tasker or with the company whose brigade they work in.
Making an offer on a task is free.
Grocery runs
In a grocery task the amount is the work pay plus a ceiling for the goods. The fee is taken on the work pay only: the platform earns nothing on the money spent at the market. The whole amount is held, the work pay and the actual receipt are charged, and the remainder returns to the client when the work is handed over.
When money is charged
The task amount is held when the task is posted and stays on the client's card. It is charged once the work has been accepted.
The client either accepts the work or opens a dispute. If they do neither for three days, the task closes itself and the payment goes to the tasker.
A bank holds the funds for a limited time. If that time is running out while the task is still open, we warn the client in advance.
Cancellations
Three cancellations a day are free. From the fourth, 0.5% of the cancelled task's budget is withheld — taken from the money held for that task or from the balance.
How earnings arrive
Earnings land on the tasker's Pingy account and are withdrawn to a bank card bound to that same account. Only earned money can be withdrawn, not any balance.
Withdrawals open once identity is verified and the tax status is confirmed — self-employed, sole trader or a company. Taskers pay the tax on their own income themselves.
The smallest withdrawal is 1,000 UZS. Some requests the bank sends within minutes; the rest an operator confirms — up to 3 business days. Which one yours will be is stated before you send it.
If a dispute arises
Either side can open a dispute while the task is still open. While it is open the money moves nowhere — neither to the client nor to the tasker. Pingy decides on the platform's own record: the chat, the photos, the marks for work started and handed over. The review takes up to 10 business days; the amount then goes to one side or returns to the client.
Support
Telegram @pingy_robot or an email to support@png.uz — both work before you even sign in. Claims are reviewed within 15 business days.
